Description:
I was using the server normaly when my app stopped, i looked at the mysql console and all processes was waiting a release lock, and i made UNLOCK TABLES; FLUSH TABLES; and server crashed on the other computer (server)
the VC++ Debugger showed some informations if it's usefull...?! Another info... i was using mysqlCC and clicked to Server Shutdown and the same error ocurred! maybe some bug about that region?!

How to repeat:
i don't know... try some times, the error ocurred on the night and i don't have many informations just the vc++ debugger

it couldn't work for two years with 4.1.3 :)

What version did you upgrade from ?

I tried several scenarios for to repeat this issue without success.
You need to provide us a repeatable test case for that. Please
feel free to re-open this bug report in this case.

work in newer version of mysql, didn´t see this problem again, i´m closing it since i can´t repeat anymore with newer mysql version
