I tried several scenarios for to repeat this issue without success. You need to provide us a repeatable test case for that. Please feel free to re-open this bug report in this case. Thanks.

work in newer version of mysql, didn´t see this problem again, i´m closing it since i can´t repeat anymore with newer mysql version
