Description:
Tried to install 1.0.8 0n a Win M.E. workstation and I get an error message saying
" The MYSQLADMINISTRATOR.EXE file is linked to missing export NETAPI32.dll:NetApiBufferFree. 

How to repeat:
Install on a Windows 98, M.E. workstation if available.

Suggested fix:
Check Microsoft support- http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;125700  Explains the error message.

I tried your runtime installer, it just tells me that I already have it installed, so it doesn't run. Will try a different mirror in case of a corrupted file.

The GUI tools are only supported on NT based plattforms, like NT4.0, Win2k, WinXP, Win2003.

We might add support for the old platforms (Win95, Win98, WinME) only if there is a huge demand. So please vote for it.
