Description:
If you had opened a connection with MySQL Administrator to a server and you add a database with
another tool (e.g. mysql command line tool, MySQL CC ...), you don't see this database in
administrator unless you do a reconnect

How to repeat:
1. open MySQL-Administator
2. click on "Catalogs"
3. add a database (create database) with MySQL-Commandline-Tool or MySQL Control Center
4. try to see this new database in MySQL-Adminsitrator

I verified this in 1.0.8.
