Description:
hi there, i hope that you guys could consider to let win98 to run the administrator. this is because for most of our users are still using win98. and also last time when we use MS Access as our database we also do client server. so most of our user still use win98. so if we change to MySQL and ask the user to upgrate they windows i don't they really like it coz they have to pay extra money to buy a new windows so that they can use our software. hope that you guys could consider a way to help us out here.

How to repeat:
this is just a feature request.

hi there, well you are right. i also face this kind of problem. most of my user still use win98 and they are using the server version program and not workstation. so in this case, i cannot ask my use to change they windows to NT Base windows. but if the have server and workstation then i can ask them to have a NT base windows to install the server. so can you guys help us out here. can the administrator run on win98 also. coz the older version can run on win 98 and the latest one cannot. so is very hard for us the user to use it. really hope that you guys would consider built the latest administrator to work well on any windows.

Windows 95/98/Me support has been stopped by Microsoft a long time ago. Vista just came out. And the GUI tools rely on some services and features only found on NT like Windows versions. So we cannot make our tools compatible with these old systems.
