Description:
In DB Manager, when you select "Add Database Instance Wizard", the first window that pops up has the following instruction:

"Enter a database server from wish you will add database instances to the list below."

I believe the 'wish' should be replaced with 'which'.

Scott

How to repeat:
Start DB Manager (from Program), then from lower right area of the window -- the window should be titled 'Database Instance:' -- select 'Add' and you will be presented with the error.

Suggested fix:
Change the word 'wish' to 'which'
