I do not see this problem on XP for some reason. Is your box connected to the Internet?

I have high speed Internet access via my cable provider but no fixed TCP/IP address; and, of course, I have a firewall in the router that bridges between my cable modem and my in-house network. I have no trouble using online help in Firefox, OpenOffice, MS Word among others. What are you suggesting?

I have no good ideas, just wondering why I can NOT repeat this on my XP.

It also is working OK for me on Win7 Ultimate 64 (build 7100/RC).

Can't explain it. I have tried complete removal (using revo uninstall with advanced search) and reinstall. No change. Can anyone tell what link this thing is trying to go to so I can try accessing the page outside of the syntax browser?

Is it looking for files that are on my system as part of the install? Or are the files out on the Internet somewhere?

This almost seems like some kind of path problem. Where are the relevant pieces located on a system that works?

Many thanks for writing a bug report.

We can't repeat this.

We are on the way to implement full functionality of MySQL Query Browser into MySQL Workbench and won't fix problems like yours anyway anymore.

More informations about MySQL Workbench you will find here:
