Description:
I experienced:

1) I had opened bugs.mysql.com filtering today's bugs
2) there were 13 bugs displayed with default the criteria
3) I was on page 2 displaying bugs 11-13
... browser was open for 20 minutes
4) refreshing browser displayed that now there were 10 bugs. Still I was on page 2 - what was empty opbviously
5) I clicked 'previous page' link.  
6) Now page 1 displayed (as expected listing '10 bugs of 10' *but the page was still empty*.
7) So I had to start from 1st bugs.mysql.com page again

How to repeat:
See above.  As this is an online system out of my control I have no option to to recreate the circumstances where it is reproducable.  I will attach an image.

Suggested fix:
Maybe checking PHP-code will find something.  

The issue is not at all important of course.

'Showing all 10' it says but in reality it is showing nothing.

This is not a bug.

In the URL (http://bugs.mysql.com/search.php?cmd=display&status=Active&os=0&bug_age=1&direction=ASC&li...) you have begin=10 which means bugs will start from 11th bug in the list. This is why you see nothing. If there were 13 bugs in the first page can happen 3 bugs were moved to some status which makes them "inactive" like "Need feedback" or "Not a Bug"

There is a bug in the system. The same happened again.  There were 11 reports with selected criteria.  After a page refresh there was 10. I will upload an image.  Note that there is no 'previous page' link!

That was the problem! In most cases browser back-button will save the day but you cannot take it for granted.

Having no link to previous page (or some alert about there is no report in such interval) is indeed a bug.

It seems to be specific for when 10+ gets reduced to 10.  I just experienced the same with 21>>20.  Then the 'previous' link is there, but now the message 'showing 21-20 of 20' is somewhat funny.

counting backwards from 21 to 20 ..

This has been fixed.
