Description:
I am drawing my EER diagram positioning relations to see clearly which goes where. But when I make a synchronization with my localhost database on the EER diagram the software readraw my realítions and I have to position the again and again. I can't find anyway to lock them. (in the synchronization I don't bother those relations!)

How to repeat:
Put some table on EER diagram make some relation between them. Position the relation. Make a synchronization between Workbench and a localhost database. After synchronization the relation repositioned to the original position.

Thank you for the problem report. Verified just as described, with only 2 tables and one (moved) relation being synconized, on XP.

There is also a strange thing which maybe in connection with this problem. I have a big database (30 tables with many connections). I position the relations to keep the diagram clear and also position the captions of the relations (center captions over line is checked in the preferences). I save the project exit from workbench, start it again and it is not the same like as saved 1 minute before. It makes the planning process difficult.

this has been fixed. will be included in 5.2.11

An entry has been added to the 5.2.11 changelog:

In an EER diagram, if relationship links were laid out as desired, and then a synchronization with the live server carried out, the relationship links were repositioned by MySQL Workbench.
