Description:
For example, in the Slave Too Far Behind Master advisor, an occurrence value could be set to '3' and a time interval of 5 minutes. If the agent notices this test fails 3 times within five minutes, then the alert is triggered.

Another example, CPU I/O Usage Excessive, I may want to allow a spike now and then and only want to be alerted when it is happening more often.

Suggested fix:
Add occurrences (over time) to advisors. These would be values that can be edited, and control the number of times an event could occur within a period of time before an alert is triggered.
