Description:
Currently, if you attempt to install a newer version of Connector/Net on a system with an older version installed, the MSI installer will pop up an error message (attached) telling you that the old version must be removed before the new version can be installed.

It would be a lot more user-friendly/less annoying if the installer not only detected the presence of an old version of Connector/Net, but also prompted the user to uninstall that old version via a Yes/No dialog. If "Yes" is chosen, the old version's uninstaller should be invoked and then the new installation should proceed as normal; if "No" the new installation should be aborted.
