Description:
This happens when editing the table columns.
When you have enough columns to show the scroll bar, adding a new column will scroll the window improperly. The proper behaviour is to scroll the window to the bottom

WB 5.1.17 and 5.2.2a on Windows doesnt have this bug.
WB 5.1.17 and 5.2.2a on Linux Ubuntu 9.04 have this bug.

How to repeat:
1. Create a table
2. Add enough columns to show the scroll bar
3. Then click on the bottom empty row to start editing a new column
4. Then press enter
5. Then the window will be scrolled improperly
