Description:
The behaviour of agent OS collection has changed (http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=22497) but this hasn't been reflected in the manual page which still states that the OS information is reported from the "machine on which the agent is running"

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/mem-advanced-agent-configuration.html#mem-install-a...

How to repeat:
N/A

Suggested fix:
Remove "Monitoring a MySQL server from a remote machine affects how information is displayed in the dashboard. The OS and CPU information applies to the machine on which the agent is running not the machine hosting the monitored server. For more information on this topic see Section 15.4, “MySQL Enterprise Dashboard”."

And replace with line that as of version 2.0.0.7122 remote agents do not collect OS information.
