Description:
Today, ACRT builds the source and runs the tests on the same server.

In our labs only the compile servers have all the tools that is needed to build MySQL Cluster, this means we have to run the tests with the compile servers as drivers.

ACRT should be splitted up so that we can compile on one host, and run the tests on another host.
