Description:
The description of ndbmtd in the manual at:

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/mysql-cluster-programs-ndbmtd.html

gives details regarding the use of ndbmtd and disk data tables as not recommended due to bugs #41915 and #44915.

These bugs are both now closed and support has not seen any major issues with ndbmtd and disk data tables so I would suggest the manual either remove this notice, or modify it to be less of a concern for new users, but still informative.

How to repeat:
N/A

Suggested fix:
N/A

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant products.

I've removed the "Important" billboard and changed the para to read:

Prior to MySQL Cluster NDB 7.0.6, there were known issues when
using ndbmtd with MySQL Cluster Disk Data tables. If you wish to
use multi-threaded data nodes with disk-based NDB tables, you
should insure that you are running MySQL Cluster NDB 7.0.6 or
      later.
