Description:
Hi, I have been using MySQL Workbench for a lot of time and I love it, I'm so happy and thankfull for this great tool and I'd like to contribute some insights regarding usability features I've been wanting since day 1 using this piece of software:

1.- The first is nested layouts since lots of times I have had the predicament of not being able to order complex projects in a semantic enough fashion, for example this: http://www.magentocommerce.com/wiki/development/magento_database_diagram

I think it would be an awesome addition to allow this, and it would certainly help us very very... very much.

2.- Very large projects render the tool to a very slow state. It would be nice if the rendering would be optimized only to what is seeable through the viewport.

Thanks for the consideration,

David Vega

How to repeat:
1.- Try nesting layouts and placing different objects over them. Some stick in the bottom, others in the latest.

2.- Have lots of objects and at some point you'll have stuttering.

Many thanks for writing a feature request.
1) is already fixed in actual release of Workbench 5.2.
2) After discussion we decided that we won't implement such kind of feature during foreseeable future.
