When the scrollbars are used to navigate through an EER diagram, the rendering fails and lines-type artifacts appears. The artifacts disappear when the mouse moves over the figure and hints appear or relationships are highlighted, or when the model is modified (i.e. when an object is moved).
This bug dosn't take place neither using the 'Model Navigator' nor dragging with 'Move Model' mode.

How to repeat:
Open a new WB file, create a new object and then go to the 'EER Diagram view', zoom in the diagram and use the scrollbars to watch down, up, left or right.

Thank you for the bug report. It is possible to show the behavior reported using screen-shots?. I wasn't able to repeat or I missed something to repeat. Thanks in advance.
