Could you verify that you de-installed the MySQL Administrator before installing the new version? It seems that your installation is using a wrong dll. Please report if a clean installation solves the problem.

I did uninstall using the uninstaller found at Program Files->Mysql->Uninstall Mysql Administrator This is true for both machines facing this issue

I've uploaded the current one in the Files section. Could you test if it works with this one by replacing the installed one?

I first tried repairing the install with the new installer, this did not work. I then tried uninstalling (start -> programs -> MySQL -> Uninstall mysql admin) and then reinstalling, and I still have the same error. I am thinking there is an issue with the uninstaller? I will try a few things. Bob
