Description:
We are doing a performance testing of a webapp on Glassfish Enterprise Server v2.1. In that, we consistently see the following exception for a single test case, which does database intensive operations. We use Apache DBCP datasource not mamanged by Glassfish Server.
attached is the stack trace from glassfish server log.

How to repeat:
JMeter firing 200 users requests on the webapp (its proprietary app, sorry) using Apache DBCP datasource managed by the app querying MySQL 5.1 database through mysql agent proxy.

But this information is not enough to identify if this is bug in MySQL code. Please provide repeatable test case. Please also indicate accurate minor version of MySQL you are using.

I can not connect to your server for some reason (I am in VPN).

But trace which you provided shows timeout expired while your application is doing something. Please provide your connection string and keep-alive settings.
