I forgot one important detail: I can restore my old DB make with mysql 4.0.18 but not my new DB make with mysql 4.0.20 (two of them with InnoDB tables). IS Mysql Administrator not ready for it?

4.0.20 or 4.0.18 should make no difference. Maybe your data changed. Or are you using special options? (transaction etc) Which tool (and which version) did you use to create the backup? What is the exact error message or does restoring simply fail? This would help me tracking down the bug. Thanks.

I made my backups with the last version, 1.0.7 and i can not restore it. The error is: The following exception occurred: Error while retrieving Backup content. I think, that the only special options I used is "Support for InnoDB", but I used this in my olds Backups and I did not have problems. I don´t have foreing keys. I don´t know how i can help you to find my problem. Tell me some thing that you think i am using in bad way. (Sorry for my english, i am spanish.)
