Description:
If a customer has a mix of Silver Enterprise subscriptions, and a Gold Cluster one, they are shown the Gold features within MEM - which is only supposed to be provided and supported with Enterprise subscriptions currently.

How to repeat:
Use a contract with 1 Enterprise Silver and 1 Cluster Gold subscription, check the Settings->Product Information page.

Suggested fix:
Do not take Cluster contracts in to account, or only check for "Enterprise Gold".
