Description:
1. I think MANY users use eventum for issues other than software development. Perhaps renaming "Estimated Development Time" to "Estimated Work" or something similar would broaden the appeal of this feature.

2. Estimated development time seems to be the only place that uses HOURS as units; whereas time tracking and other fields use minutes. I see users transposing units in these fields e.g. 60 hours instead of 60 minutes due to the discrepency in units.

Suggested fix:
Rename field in UI and change units to minutes.
