Description:
As a regular user of Eventum I find I routinely do the following:
- Create a new issue
- Immediately edit it to set the status and the expected completion date
- (Sometimes) set the release version

Since you can set most other options when creating an issue, I think it would be very useful to include these in the Create Issue screen.

How to repeat:
Create a new issue. Cannot set status, expected competion date or release version.
