Thank you for the problem report. Please, send .sql file to create problematic database (you can use mysqldump --no-data to create it).

MySQL Verification Team
I couldn't repeat in Windows Vista 64-bit using the dump file provided and a MySQL server 5.1.37 source distribution.

Many thanks for writing a bug report. MySQL server 4.0 is not supported any more. Please try to use an actual server (5.0 or 5.1) here.
