Description:
When dragging a bookmark folder on to another bookmark folder it displays an error.
The following exception occurred:
"Access Violation at Address 005706D2 in module 'MySQLQueryBrowser.exe'. Read of address 00000000"

I was testing to see whether it allowed multiple levels of bookmarks like in Mozilla.

How to repeat:
Drag a bookmark folder on to another bookmark folder.

Suggested fix:
Either disallow it or add multiple levels of bookmarks like Mozilla (browser) has.

Quick workaround: manually create a new subfolder (right mousebutton, popupmenu) and only drag the bookmarks.

Could you verify if there is one "masterfolder" named "Bookmarks"? See screenshot attached. Is there a case when you don't get an AV?

I still get the error if I drag a folder on to a folder, however yes I can create a folder under a folder without an error. I can also drag bookmarks into a bookmark folder.
Mark.

Sorry didn't answer your question. Yes it does get mixed up about which is the top level folder. If I try and delete a folder that I've created it says I can't delete it because it's the root.

Same thing here, a can't delete folder nor move it to another folder... I get the same exception message... :(
best regards...

Could you please attach the mysqlqb_bookmark.xml file from c:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\ ?

That would help tracing the bug.
