Description:
The cluster is started

ndb_mgm> all status
Node 2: started (mysql-5.1.34 ndb-7.0.6)
Node 3: started (mysql-5.1.34 ndb-7.0.6)

Restarted node 2:

ndb_mgm> 2 restart

Restart was ok. Then doing 

ndb_mgm> 3 restart
Node 3: Node shutdown aborted
Restart failed.
*  2003: Restart failed
*        5028-Node shutdown would cause system crash: Permanent error: Application error

hmmm...

How to repeat:

I can not repeat described behavior with clean installation. Please provide your configuration files and error logs.
