They seem to only pop-up when ndbd is first launched and is starting up. Once started they stop.

According to 2.6.30 patch notes this is fixed. I'll wait for gentoo-source to hit portage and just ignore this till then. Thanks http://kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/ChangeLog-2.6.30
