Description:
Please create a MEM Windows release with 64-bit repository database.

Currently, only a single "Windows Installer" version of the Service Manager exists, which works for both 32 and 64-bit machines.

However, it would be nice if there was also a Windows release that contains a 64-bit version of mysqld for the Repository database.

This would allow those users to be able to allocate more ram to the repository database than what is allowed on 32-bit systems.

How to repeat:
N/A

Suggested fix:
Include 64-bit mysqld as the repository database.

Ideally this would include 64-bit Java and Tomcat, too (i.e. a complete 64-bit stack). Note that it is not important that the installer itself be 64-bit (it can be a 32-bit installer). It just needs to lay down a 64-bit stack.

A note has been added to the 2.1.1 and 2.2.0 changelog:

The Windows installers for &merlin_server; did not include 64-bit versions of the various binary tools.
