Description:
MySQL SHOW DATABASES lists all directories in the datadir even if they are not databases.  This should be reflected in the documentation in the SHOW DATABASES section.

Suggested fix:
Add something along the lines of:

"Due to the way MySQL databases are stored, all directories in the datadir are treated as databases."
