Description:
When reverse engineering a MySQL 5.1.32 database with foreign keys which has names longer then 32 characters, the key name is truncated to 32 chars, causing duplicate foreign keys

How to repeat:
for example: try with the default database os magento os-commerce software

The workaround here is to change the identifier names manually before you upload them into the MySQL instance.
