Description:
The Notifications list in the Schedules (or Edit Schedules) popup lists the notification groups targets in the order in which they were created, not alphabetical order.

How to repeat:
- Settings tab, Manage Notification Groups:
- create "C Target", then "B Target", then "A Target"
- Advisors tab, Add to Schedule, click "schedule" link to bring up Schedule popup

An entry was added to the 2.1.0 changelog:
