Description:
After uninstalling, during the next installation process, installer says it is unable to start mysql-service; yet the service is running when I check it in the services list. (Like I said, after uninstalling; so the service was not there before starting this reinstallation.)

How to repeat:
Uninstall MySQL. try to install it again.
