Description:
I am trying to install the The Essentials Package and am getting the following
error during the installation.

could not star the service MySql.Error:0

How do I fix this problems?

It is reapeaded no matter what options I selected.

Thank you for the bug report. Indeed there are several bugs report with the same behavior or somehow related. Please verify with the Control Panel -> Services if when you get that message the service actually was started and the message is a false one. Thanks in advance.

This relates to EOL (no longer supported) versions of MySQL Server. Furthermore, the old plain msi installers have been superseded by the MySQL Installer for Windows. Thus closing.
