Description:
The pushbuild HTML pages don't have links to other pieces of pushbuild.

It is not clear, what the root/home/main/start page of PB2 is. The most often quoted page is "list_branches". However, there is no link to Xref, Merge-status, Pushnext-queue, and the other useful tools.

On a branch page there are some links to other branches, even to list_branches, but no link to the other tools either.

There is the wiki page "Pushbuild", which has links to list_branches and a couple of the tools (but neither Merge-status nor Pushnext-queue). But none of the tools has a link back to that page.

How to repeat:
Go to list_branches and the pb2 tools and try to find your way to the wiki page or another tool.

Suggested fix:
Either have a set of links on every pb2 page, or have a root/home/main/start page with all the links and every page link to it.
