Description:
(may be related to bug #4467)

After creating one new table in MySQL (a new instance seperate from bug 4467), when I click on the button 'Create Table' to create another table, I get an error (please see attached file). The error is not consistent, but only happens about half the time. The error does not occur with the button 'Edit Table'. Also, I made sure the statusbar did not indicate that the schema is refreshing (this is long after the schema is fully refreshed).

As a further note, I have noticed that after clicking refresh, the error happens every time I click on the 'Create Table' button (20 out of 20 times). As soon as I click the 'Edit Table' button, then close out of the edit window, I can click the 'Create Table' button without error about 50% of the time (9 out of 20 times). As soon as I click refresh again, the create table error goes back to 100% of the time.

Please see attached file (The last address mentioned is variable)
