Description:
For some events, it would be useful to get some user defined extra debugging information, for use in the event notifications.

This request is for the ability to have a user defined statement that is run for events, such as gathering the output of SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST when "CPU IO Excessive" gets triggered, and then sending that as part of the notification details as well.

Suggested fix:
Add the ability to execute user defined statements on the target instance, to allow extra debugging statements to be added at will.
