Description:
You have the agent and service manager working fine, you restart the service manager and the the mysql agent will use 100% CPU and looking at the service manager, you notice that the mysqld instance shows as down.

This does not happen all the time

How to repeat:
This is the hard part, hence the status as "Open"

1- Install and start the agent and service manager
2- After some run time (1 hour ?) restart the service manager
3- After a few seconds, the agent will use lots of CPU
