Description:
MySQL 5.1 can be installed from Windows Essentials on XP but running Server Instance Config Wizard fails in the phase Start Service. The service is not started without further explanation.

How to repeat:
Run Server Instance Config Wizard after installing Windows Essentials on XP.

Please check if it is duplicate of bug #43282 or bug #30693. If not, please, provide step-by-step description how you installed server and full error log file.
