Fixed for Windows version. This fix will go to v5.1.13.

An entry was added to the 5.1.13 changelog: When attempting to delete an existing EER diagram, MySQL Workbench crashed. The origin of the diagram seemed to have no bearing on whether the crash occurred or not, as it happened both with diagrams created from reverse engineering and those created independently.
