It would be appreciated if http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/mysqlhotcopy.html
acknowledged that mysqlhotcopy was originally written and contributed by Tim Bunce.

Read http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/mysqlhotcopy.html

Suggested fix:
Modify http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/mysqlhotcopy.html to add something like "mysqlhotcopy was originally written and contributed by Tim Bunce." to the end of the page.

documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website
shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant
product(s).
