We're sorry, but the bug system is not the appropriate forum for asking help on using MySQL products. Your problem is not the result of a bug. Note that error 12 means:

OS error code  12:  Cannot allocate memory

This is lack of resources. So, please, ask administrators of that site to configure server properly.
