Description:
The "How to repeat" field is mandatory when filling out MySQL bugs, also when the bug is a feature request.

It can be difficult to write repeatable feature requests...

How to repeat:
Enter S4 (feature request) without filling out the "How to repeat" field.

Get error message.

Suggested fix:
Make the "How to repeat" field not mandatory for feature requests

Hi Jørgen and thanks for your report.

I think the easy way around would be just to put "-" into "How to" field and not mess up with BugsDB but we'll see what Bryan has to say.
