Description:
Starting up mem dashboard initially gives non-nice time formating output

How to repeat:
See snapshot.

Suggested fix:
precission of 01:00 would be sufficient?

I think the "problem" goes away once there's data to graph (i.e. the time is shown in a reasonable way).  If so, this is probably just a P4.
