You have much more applications installed than me, and WB works OK here on similar MacBook Pro. Let me make a wild guess. Please, make sure NONE of Adobe applications is started, and check if you will get the same problem with WB.

i found the solution. Probably. One of my application is Flow , here's the link: http://www.gridironsoftware.com/products/flow.html , if you need more information about it because maybe other users are facing the same problem. Flow basically helps you to view relations beetween files, projects and so on.... and it's running in background. well i discovered that stopping Flow processes directly from the activity monitor prevents Mysql Workbench to crash or to give me errors. I'll let you informed if everything is alright. thank you again.
