Description:
Add button "download latest upgrade installer" into dashboard.

DBAs will love this feature because otherwise they perform following steps:
1. open new browser window
2. type 'enterprise.mysql.com'
3. enter credentials (trying to remember enterprise password)
4. go to 'Enterprise Monitor' location
5. click 'Download now'
6. Go back to MEM dashboard to check if installed version is the latest
7. Find desired download link in long list of Documentation (English + Japanese), Full Installers, and Upgrade installers for other Platforms (too much information for people who visits site rarely).
8. Click download link and choose MEM specific location

(Technically steps 1.-5. can be replaced with bookmark, but it makes sense only if used frequently)

Andrii missed a few steps in the current process:

- Download 90Mb update to DBA's desktop system
- Copy 90Mb update back to the monitoring server
(Not a good thing if telecommuting).

I think there are two parts to this request:
1. Add a version check / notification of new versions (with some MOS API?)
2. Add the ability to click 'install update' and then have MEM download and install the latest update

The enterprise site no longer exists. Closing as Won't Fix.
