Description:
Agent runs 'show global status' at a currently hard-coded time interval. it would be useful to make this configurable.

The reason is that show global status can impact performance of a server running thousands of connections. Also, finer grained data might be wanted for some smaller installations.

How to repeat:
try configure the interval.

Suggested fix:
maybe put some big switch on the dashboard that says "limit all data collection to no more than X"

Add MEM 3.x, 8.x

It's very old FR, but it is needed for latest environment.

Recently, typical server spec become very high and can deal with many connection in heavy loaded environment. At that server, 1-min interval is too rough to catch the cause of problems.

I think MEM & agents should have a feature 'Custom Interval' like Zabbix.
Zabbix default value is 30-sec, and can set that value like as belows.
