Bug #433 Add a comment through the edit submission form reset the status of the bug

Description:
If a developer add an answer to one of my bug, I receive a mail containing a link of this type :

http://bugs.mysql.com/?id=245&edit=2

If I use this link to add an answer to the bug report, the bug report status and the user type are lost.

How to repeat:
For bug #245, original status was "feedback" and user type "user".

After adding my answer I receive a mail with the following title :

"Bug #245 [Fbk->]: Crash with UNION with subselect in ORDER BY"

As you can see, the Fbk status has been lost.

It happens each time I use the "edit submission" form.
