Description:
Looking at the comments posted against worklog tasks, one will also find a lot of comments that are clearly spam.

How to repeat:
Open http://forge.mysql.com/worklog/ and take a look at the recent comments

Suggested fix:
Remove all spam comments and protect the site from receiving more of these.
