Description:
Currently MySQL only writes events to flat files, I would like to see it have the ability to log to Windows Event logs which would make it much easier to monitor.

Is there then some configuration option that specifies whether MySQL should write to the Windows event log or it's own flat file? How do you specify that it should write to the event log?

You don't need to specify any special configuration, the picture I attached shows the event logs of a server without any configuration for.
