Thank you for the bug report. The advanced parameters are configured in the initial connection screen clicking in details buttons. There are only 3 options for Windows servers. Please see attached picture. Thanks in advance.

How do you add multiple entries? CR doesn't trigger a new entry. Also, headers are still missing. Usability issues still stand.
