Description:
I've tried setting the 'advanced paramters' in the Instance/Session -> Options -> Connections -> Advanced Paramters tab

The interface only allows one setting pair and it's UX unusable.

How to repeat:
Try to add anything to the advanced parameters.

Suggested fix:
As far as the Advanced parameters tab goes, there really should be headers over the two boxes.
"Parameter" | "Value"

Also, why limit it to one pair? There should be an add / remove, or at least a grid that fills up the space alloted.

Also feedback for valid parameters would be nice.

Thank you for the bug report. The advanced parameters are configured in the initial connection screen clicking in details buttons. There are only 3 options for Windows servers. Please see attached picture. Thanks in advance.

How do you add multiple entries?

CR doesn't trigger a new entry.

Also, headers are still missing. Usability issues still stand.
