Description:
The following test cases use 'touch', which does not exist
on Windows in PB2:
  - funcs_1.falcon_storedproc_06
  - funcs_1.falcon_storedproc_10
  - funcs_1.falcon_trig_03
  - funcs_1.falcon_trig_03e
  - funcs_1.falcon_trig_0407

This problem is not fixed by a patch for Bug#38331.
